On the Tom’s Truck you can specialize any drink that they want. Sometimes we go in there and they just get almost all cold drinks, with the lemonades and refreshers now. And when it’s cold, the mixture switches to a bunch of hot chocolates and hot lattes. We find a way to make everybody happy. With it being more of a premium beverage truck than just a coffee truck, it allows us to go anywhere.”

You learn everything about the hot side of the truck and the cold side of the truck. They challenge you with the staff. The corporate staff will come in at one point and order all types of drinks to get you prepared for your day on the road and to get you ready for those difficult customers. They fully prepare you for 2 ½ days and then send you on your way with a well-stocked truck, products to go make money, and the knowledge behind you.”
